Faber and Brand L.L.C. is a consumer collection law firm. We do not operate as a collection agency. Our philosophy is founded upon establishing a "partnership" with collection agencies and debt buyers via our contingency contract. We sue consumers and aggressively collect debt, in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We file suit in each and every county in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. We average approximately 1300 lawsuits filed monthly. As of Summer of 2004 our current active files have balances exceeding $44,500,000. We currently have seven licensed attorneys on staff, two of which are licensed in Arkansas, two in Kentucky, one in Illinois, two in Oklahoma and all of which are licensed in Missouri. Our goal is to aid the client in collecting the consumer's delinquent account with maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We strive to reach this goal by utilizing technological advancements to facilitate clear and efficient communication, staffing our office with courteous and helpful employees, and establishing a mutual understanding and respect with our clients. We utilize all resources available to minimize the involvement of our clients once an account is referred for collection. We primarily collect medical bills, utility bills, consumer loans and credit card debt owed to the original credit grantor or a subsequent purchaser of the debt. |
